Production & Inspection Workflow

1. Review approved datasheet, drawing and valve list.
2. Confirm pressure-containing materials and traceability requirements.
3. Confirm machining, assembly and special-process requirements.
4. Perform the inspections and tests required by the purchase order.
5. Close technical punch points before final release.
6. Compile the agreed final documentation package.

For Vendor Approval

When an EPC or end user has a specific vendor-registration format, send the required checklist together with the RFQ. The commercial and technical team can then respond against the actual project requirements rather than a generic capability statement.
